Tiny rooms and bathroom for tiny people. Location is nearby to attractions. We were not informed that we can rent a bicycle from the hotel nor offered to upgrade to a bigger room, even against a supplement. 1 star hotel service.

AWFUL. Worst hotel ever

We recently stayed at this hotel and it was horrible. We arrived at 9pm and the room looked nothing like the pictures, it was outdated, dirty, so incredibly small that the bedding got caught in the door and it smelt really bad of weed. We complained to the reception staff and asked to be moved to a room that looked like the one we booked. He apologised and did say that they have received lots of complaints on the room before but he couldn’t move us as the hotel was full. We then asked for a refund for the entire stay and it was only then that he agreed to let us switch rooms in the morning. When morning arrived we went downstairs with our suitcase to move rooms and a different member of staff was there. He said he wouldn’t be able to move us to a room that looked like the picture without an additional charge as these were the premium rooms. We explained to him that this was never stated on the website nor were we told of the additional charge the night before. Again, we asked for a full refund and as a compromise we were shown a room that was still outdated but larger than ours. This room was still awful. The rooms are outdated, the bed was flimsy and my feet overhung at the end (I’m 5ft 6). The air conditioning was broken in both rooms and it was incredibly hot. The bathroom was dirty, we found a toenail and a wood louse and the shower temp was either extremely hot or cold. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything and even feel the walls shaking when other doors in the corridor are used. Another room on the floor ordered room service at 1am, the walls are so thin that we thought it was our door being knocked on. The rooms and corridor both smell strongly of weed and smoke. We were offered a complimentary breakfast for one of the mornings which was 18€ EACH and very basic. Cold baked beans were left out uncovered. The only good thing is the location but honestly the worse hotel we’ve ever stayed in.

Good hotel that is centrally located. You can walk to most places. There are many restaurants and bars quite near the hotel. I had a very small room facing an inside courtyard - but I knew that when booking. The room was adequate but not one I would consider to be a 'four-star hotel' room. The biggest downside was that the room was not very well soundproofed - you coud hear everything in the corredor and adjacent rooms. The staff was friendly and efficient - the common spaces very nice. I didn't use the pool or breakfast (there are so many nice places to have coffee and a pastry right near the hotel). I paid about 140 euros a night for the room (October 17-19) - which was one of the cheapest I could find for thsi time period - but that price seemed quite high for the quality of the room compared to other European countries.

Nice hotel in good location. Standard room which was fine… clean and comfy bed. Decent breakfast selection. The cafe on the corner outside hotel does lovely tapas. Rooftop pool was nice although sun beds aren’t that comfortable but they provide pool towels and wish they had a bar option but you can take your own alcohol/snacks. I would return

It was decent but I expect more from a 4 star hotel. The rooms are not very well soundproofed, I could hear people snoring next to my room. Room is adequate, a little run down but nothing filthy or unsafe. Bathroom was good, hot water always available. Airconditioning worked very well. Didn't get any breakfast so cannot comment on that. Staff is super friendly, did not have much interaction with them but always cheerful, most of them spoke decent English. Location is really good.
